Our vans bring our services to you from a workshop-on-wheels. We help mobility-impaired veterans, seniors, injured and disabled persons retain their independence and quality of life by fixing their mobility equipment. Mobility City also provides nursing homes, hospitals, and facilities with wheelchair sanitizing, power chair repair, and maintenance programs.

With over 35 years of experience in the homecare equipment industry, our technicians can service all brands of mobility products in our showroom and on-site from workshop-on-wheels.

Mobility City puts in-home repair service first. With a van, showroom, and 3 employees, each location can service seniors’ mobility equipment where they live.

We answer the phone, return messages promptly, and strive to be a one-stop and one-visit repair service company. Further, we treat all customers with respect and work to deliver the solution that best meets a customer’s individual needs. Our service sets us apart.

By becoming a franchisee in the Mobility City national network, you will be providing mobility product repair services that are not presently offered by another national company in the healthcare field.

Our training

With 35+ years in the home medical equipment business, we have refined our business practices from operations to marketing, all to maximize revenues and profitability.

The training program comprises 6 comprehensive days – 3 at our corporate center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and 3 in your home territory. Along with the initial training there will be continuing “best practices” updates and education on operations, marketing and products.

In addition, key manufacturer’s reps will visit your location to provide support and inform you about the features and benefits of their products. Manufacturers also provide outstanding phone tech support to help you in troubleshooting their products.

Our marketing

We provide comprehensive digital marketing support, social media training, online brochure, and an online ad strategy to build an internet footprint to make your telephone ring. You are trained to capture work orders on the phone. Our Quad Marketing method builds your referral network and opens the door to B2B maintenance contracts.

Successful Mobility City franchisees are focused on and dedicated to serving customers in order to build a strong base in the community. They must be willing to network to create business-to-consumer and business-to-business relationships.

Supplier agreements and master contracts

To help accelerate franchisee revenue growth, Mobility City has secured manufacturer open accounts for parts and products, so every service call can be handled professionally.

Mobility City is successfully building a portfolio of Master Service Agreements with industry leaders, covering repair and white glove delivery service, that consistently refer business to our system. We aim for work orders to begin on day one.

Our Showroom business model targets MSAs with 1+million population. Our rural model is called TECH-N-TRUCK (TNT) and targets a rural county bundle under 600,000 population.

The showroom model franchise fee for a single franchise average is $77,500. The TNT  rural model franchise fee for a single franchise is $35,500. The Mobility City initial investment includes franchise fee, inventory, and start-up expenses. Working capital will range from approximately $43,000 to $200,000 and details are listed in our FDD.

Physically impaired persons spend more than half of their day in their mobility equipment and rely on professionally trained technicians to resolve the mechanical and electrical problems to get them going again.
